Inspection and Return of Stones

You have five days from the day you receive a purchased stone to inspect it. In order to retain the stone for inspection up to 30 days, you must pay a $1,000 retainer fee to be used toward custom work by Steven Kirsch, Inc. We will refund the full cost of a stone, excluding the cost of shipping, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the work order for custom work is signed, the stone can be returned within 30 days for store credit only. In that event, you are still responsible for the full cost of the custom mounting. All items submitted for return must be in their original state and condition. Should their original state and condition be altered in any way, the return will not be permitted. We assume no liability for and are held harmless from any loss of uninsured merchandise during the return process.

Custom Work

Custom work, special orders, personalised or engraved items cannot be returned or refunded.

Stock Items

We allow 7 days for return of a stocked item for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee, or for exchange for another stocked item of equal or greater value.

Lifetime Upgrade Policy

Any loose diamond purchased from Steven Kirsch Inc., maybe exchanged for a 100% credit toward any replacement diamond at least 50% greater in value. The diamond being exchanged for upgrade must be in its original state and condition and must be accompanied by its original laboratory grading document.
